Lady of Elche

The Lady of Elche bust was discovered in 1897 near Elche, Spain. This bust is now displayed at the National Archaeological Museum of Spain in Madrid. Originally the people of Spain called her Reina Mora or Moorish Queen. Notice that the Lady of Elche has Caucasian facial features. Wikipedia states this artifact dates back to the 4^th century BC.

Then later the Lady of Elche was found on a medallion (on buckle) in 1965 in Richfield, Utah. This artifact was found in an undisturbed area of ground while digging a septic system, it was found at an unconfirmed depth of about 6 feet. Since then, others have been found in France.

Notice that both of the Lady of Elches have the same headdress and necklaces on.

The Mystery History channel did a short video about these discoveries.

Lady of Elche of Spain

According to the site tuscoro.com, the Lady of Elche was probably made in Northern Arizona. Below is a quote from this page:

“The Lady bust is said to be of a polychrome, the art of polychrome apparently has been around for a very long time. Where it originated seems to be unknown however just for notation keep in mind that polychrome pots are being found all over Arizona, I guess it is of no surprise that other cultures would have the same practices who were so far apart.”

In 1987 another lady’s bust was found in Spain wearing a similar headdress and necklace.

Lady of Elche of Utah

The Lady of Elche medallion reflects Assyrian (cuneiform) writing on the top left and top right of the medallion. Below is quoted about this writing from the tuscoro.com site:

“It is said by an unconfirmed source that the cuneiform translates as (Left) Tomzartth (Right) Mazzaroth. According to the scholars, Mazzaroth, a term used by Job 38:32 and is supposed to mean the Zodiac, Zodiac signs, or ALL of the constellations and after reviewing the text of the original Hebrew and the King James Bible, others now are saying it translates to "the Assyrian" I find once again the supposed learned, does not know. Although possible, I highly doubt it.”

The Lady of Elche medallion reflects a lotus flower on her head. The Lotus flower is very popular in ancient Egyptian art work and was associated with their creation story.

Spain and the American Southwest

Spain and the Southwest of America also had in common the maze hieroglyphs and they built the same types of villages. See these pages for more information.

Below are different articles with differing opinions regarding the Lady of Elche. People of Spain and Southwest America did travel back and forth and had very similar cultures; therefore, it is possible to find a Lady of Elche in Utah and in Spain. Hopefully the truth about the Lady of Elche will be agreed on one day.

The Mayans in the State of Georgia

The History Channel aired a show that presented facts that the Mayan of Yucatan moved to the state of Georgia. In this show they stated that the Mayan became known as the Creek Indians in Georgia and the proof offered was their language similarities. Other proof of the Mayans in Georgia was offered as follows:

· Both cultures used the same spiral hieroglyphs

· Both cultures had a spiral mound

· A copper plate found in Georgia appears to be the same or a similar picture that is on the side of the pyramid in Yucatan.

· The Mayans painted with a pigment called ‘Maya Blue’ and this pigment is found in high quantities in Georgia; however it is only available in limited quantities in Mexico.

Creek Indians in Georgia

According to Wikipedia, the Creek Indians are now called the Muscogee Indians and their oral tradition states they arrived in Georgia from the west. The Ocmulgee Mound site has evidence of 17,000 years of continuous human habitation.

1872 news – Relics of the Maya Race

Reflected below is part of an article that the ‘New York Times’ published in 1872. Here they state that the Mayan were not Asian. Also of interest is that the snake represents time in their hieroglyphs (there is a snake constellation); more about the snake below). 1897 news – Prehistoric Man in Yucatan

In 1897 ‘The Kansas City Journal’ newspaper published an article called ‘Prehistoric Man’ which states the people of Yucatan built the pyramids there and then migrated to Egypt and built those pyramids. It also stated that the oldest civilization was in Yucatan and Central America. Another branch of the Yucatan people migrated to Louisiana which is right next to Georgia.

1922 news – Mayans & Egyptians Cultures were Similar

In 1922,’The New York Herald’ newspaper published an article about the Mayans & Egyptians. It states that the Mayan Sphinx (pictured below) from Guatemala was moved to a museum in Philadelphia. The article also discusses how similar the Mayans and Egyptians are to each other. The Mayan Sphinx sure looks Caucasian. Notice the article below states that the Mayan protested human sacrifice. 1923 Book – Irish in the Bible and the Pyramids

In 1923 a book was published called “Irish Wisdom Preserved in the Bible and Pyramids” which shows how the Irish were involved in the making of pyramids. What is really interesting is that Ireland had a similar culture to Georgia also. Reflected below is from page 48 of this book.

An 1851 Newspaper article about the colonization of America. They knew white people built the mounds along the Mississippi back then and that America use to be called ‘Great Ireland’ at one time (the author of the book above never mentions that America is the Great Ireland). The bible book of Maccabees does reflect that the Israelites were pyramid builders:

“Simon sent someone to get the bones of Jonathan his brother, and he buried him in Modein (or Modin), the city of his ancestors. All Israel mourned Jonathan with great expressions of grief for many days. Simon built a monument over the tomb of his father and his brothers. He made it high so that all might see it. He devised an elaborate site for the pyramids, setting up great columns around them. On the columns, he put suits of armor for a permanent memorial. The State of Georgia and Ireland

The state of Georgia and Ireland does have a similar past culture as shown on the petroglyphs below.

Georgia and Ireland both built earth lodges; Ireland later used their earth lodges for burial tombs. Earth lodges are like churches.

The Picts of Scotland

The Pict people of Scotland were known for painting their bodies. This body painting was for decoration and some say that they did this to keep bug bites like mosquitoes to a minimum. So the Picts were like the Mayan in regards to body painting. I mention this since it is a more plausible use for the Maya Blue pigment than what was offered in that video, especially since the newspaper above stated that the Mayans were against human sacrifice. If the whole town continually wore the blue paint and bathed in that pool; there would be lots of blue clay paint in the bottom of that pool of water. The Picts also created spiral petroglyphs like the ones in Georgia and Ireland.

The Pictish stone below has a snake or serpent and spirals like the Mayans put in their art work. This Serpent stone also has cup marks that are also called cupules; spirals and cupules are also on the stone in Georgia.

So now there is a Mayan, state of Georgia, Ireland, Scotland and Egypt connections.

Franciscan Control of the Holy Places

Francis_of_Assisi founded the Franciscan Order in 1209. In 1342 the Franciscan order was placed in charge of Holy Places. After reading all of their accomplishments, it appears that the Franciscan Order has not done much work over in the Middle East area. Most of their efforts were focused on the mission systems in North America. Their focus appears to be finding treasures for Spain and enslaving the Native American Indians. Their goal was to remove relics from America and move them to Spain.

“The Custody of the Holy Land (Latin: Custodia Terræ Sanctæ) is a custodian priory of the Franciscan order in Jerusalem, founded as Province of the Holy Land in 1217 by Saint Francis of Assisi, who also founded the Franciscan Order. Its mission is to guard "the grace of the Holy Places" of the Holy Land and the rest of the Middle East”

“From 1309 settling in Bethlehem and the Holy Sepulchre along with the Canons Regular, in 1342 they were officially declared custodians of the Holy Places in the name of the Catholic Church by the Papal bulls Gratiam agimus and Nuper charissimae by Pope Clement VI.”

“Church of the Holy Sepulchre (1885). Other than some restoration work, its appearance has essentially not changed since 1854. The Immovable Ladder, the small ladder below the top-right window, is also visible in recent photographs; this has remained in the same position since 1854 over a disagreement to move it.”

Spanish Mission Overview

The Mission settlements in North America started about 1533 in Mexico and ended about 1834. After that the missions were abandoned. The 1833 Secularization of the Missions of California act passed by Mexico freed the Indian that were working for the missions. In 1865 President Lincoln signed the Missions over to the Roman Catholic Church.

The Spanish missions were started by the Jesuits and financed by Spain; however the Spanish government removed them from service since they had not accumulated any treasurers for them. Then the Franciscan Orders was put in charge of the mission system.

Based on reading various old news articles (below):

· The Jesuits and the Franciscans were enemies.

· The Franciscans did work for the Catholic Church of Spain and got their orders from the Pope.

· Early United States liked the Jesuits and Free Masons that resided in the United States.

· Early United States and Free Masons did not like the Roman Catholic Church.

The Jesuits were the black robe regiment that was behind the Revolutionary war. Their moto was “Resistance to Tyrants, is obedience to God”. Based on reading a few news articles the people of America liked the Jesuits in America. (Note: back then ‘s’ was an ‘f’.)

California was not part of the United States yet. The Jesuits had control of the first 11 missions in Baja California; however Spain took their control away since they did not accumulate treasures. Control was given to the Franciscans.

1492 Columbus sails the ocean blue

Prior to the Missions being built here, Columbus actually set sail to raid the temples in Mexico. Was the fabled kingdom Jerusalem and the other holy places?

My Visits to California Missions

I have been to several of the California missions. I checked a couple with a compass and they appear to be oriented correctly – meaning the people in the church audience are seated facing east. The sidewalks in their fountain court years appear to be orientated to the sun also for telling time. These missions have quite a few artifacts of value and a lot of Catholic items. The Missions were built by the local native Indians.

San Juan Capistrano Mission

This mission appears to be older than what they say it is; however I do not know. They state an earthquake damaged this part of the mission in 1812. It I made with uncut stone and plaster (biblical).

The mission was named after the Archangel Gabriel that visited the Virgin Mary.

Mission Maps

El Camino Real or Old Spanish Trail

El Camino Real means Royal Road or King’s Highway. They connect the East coast to the West Coast missions and down into Mexico. The Spanish Missions were on these ancient highways.

The Franciscans built missions along the El Camino Real; The Almo in Texas, the California Missions and others.
