According to the article below, there were white Indians of the Padoucas tribe living on the Missouri River.  These Indians spoke Welch.   They held religious ceremonies and they were very civilized. They said the Indians that lived in the east of America migrated west.

The article said “These Indians dominated by the French, the white bearded Indians, & are said to be really white”. Leviticus 21:5 shows that priests were not to shave their beards.

It also states the Chief of the tribe had long & perfectly white hair.   Numbers 6:5 shows that long hair is a vow of a priest.

There is also a book called ‘The Welch Indians by George Burder.  This book is about the white or Welch Indians that migrated here in the 1100s.  According to this book, these Welch Indians migrated to the shores of Florida, Georgia, or the Carolinas.
